These illustrations are part of a series that was made as live drawings to either lectures, meetings, or audio recordings of readings. “Culturally Relevant Pedagogy is one of my favorites for the sense of flow I experienced when listening and drawing. The second one, “how my brain works” is a synthesis of my own on all the readings about memory, working memory, and how people learn. 2021

This selection is from a series was a combination of character study for a story that has been brewing in my head since 2017. The story line took a left turn as the characters found their way into my Inktober Worlds illustrations in October 2022. Some just happened, and some were request from instagram followers and friends.
